Well known for her unique ability to get any dance floor grooving, Tanya Vee is a multifaceted DJ with an innate ability to read the crowd, connect and take them on a journey. Whilst she does play across various genres, she has a distinct musical style which includes deep groovy bass lines and beautiful melodies. In her words, “I like music that moves you at the hips first”. Having held multiple residencies at some of Cape Town’s most prominent venues and having played at some of South Africa’s most prestigious festivals, it’s clear to see why Tanya is a firm favorite on the club and festival circuit. She has also toured Asia, Africa and Europe, appeared on radio multiple times and played at numerous festivals and high profile events throughout the African Continent. Her passion for music can be seen behind the decks where she is often spotted dancing just as hard as the crowd.
